11 tanslucent panels each 2.2 by 1 metre hung on a frame are all that remains as a record of the modelling and ultimate destruction of a life-size clay figure. Photographed over several months on a camera which recorded only one tiny area at a time, the whole process has been documented and displayed in the calm atmosphere of St.Stephens Church in Ipswich. The faint hum of passing traffic echoes the slow advance of the building up of each image from many fragments, the sparks from welding the frame and the covering and revealing of the clay form and the hands, face, arms and feet of the sculptor at work.

Individual panels 'Panocamera'.
